30 minutes of hands on instruction followed by a 30 minute demonstration with Chef Todd. Dinner will follow in the Kitchen! Featuring a cooking demo on Authentic Spanish Paella and hands on preparation of Tapas including Crouquettas Jamon, Valencia Salad and more.
