Jay and I want to sincerely thank you for the wonderful evening we experienced at"Blackhawk Country Club." Since this was our first experience at BlackhawkCountryClub, we did not know what to expect. We knew we wanted to keep our Italian customs and traditional food for our daughter Ethena's first communion celebration. Working with Rose, and having had an opportunity to visit with you Chef Todda nd Pastry Chef Gary, allowed us to communicate what we had envisioned for Ethena's first communion party. Coming from a traditional Italian background, the quality,quantity and presentation of the food to our family and friends/guests was important to us. You all helped us achieve what we had envisioned and more!
